How fast do you reply?
Same business day for anything sent weekdays before 4:30pm. If a deadline is tight, say so in the first line and we'll triage it first.
What does a single submission cost?
A full write runs $2,850 — narrative, budget, attachments, three edit rounds, and we file it. Funder research alone is $685. Big federal or multi-partner work is quoted per scope, usually $4,200–$8,500.
Will you tell me if it's not worth chasing?
Yes. If the fit is thin or the deadline is unrealistic, we say so before you pay a dollar. We'd rather point you at the right call than write a losing one.
Do I have to come to the office?
No. Most work happens by email and call. The Fayetteville office is here if you want to meet, but distance never changes the price or the process.
